Our uniformed security personnel are trained to act as a criminal deterrent by adopting the principals of the C.S.O.P (community service officer program) methodology. Simply put, our personnel are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees. Letting the public know that we are there for them generates a feeling of community and safety.

Invictus Protective Services, LLC has developed a theory of “Enforcement through Reinforcement”.

Our Command Staff, having twenty-five combined years of security and law enforcement experience, has realized that prevention of crime can be accomplished by utilizing tactical approaches, rather than accusations and the traditional methods of our predecessors. The art of verbal judo is commonplace in our organization and has often been effective in deescalating volatile situations.

Computer Aided Dispatch System

Invictus Protective Services, LLC utilizes a state of the art C.A.D. system that is a one stop shop for its clients and residents. This C.A.D. system allows us to track our officers through GPS and logs QR codes we place throughout the property. Our officers are required to scan these QR codes as they conduct their patrols. We will place these codes on maintenance buildings, parks, pools and other places we want our guards to check on throughout the night.
